      Pros

      Very good 401K plan and overall very good benefits in general. Ergonomic work stations. Good training in first couple of years.

      Cons

      Poor senior mgmt. Stressful work environment. Good old boy system for serious promotion. Play favorites to often for assignments and promotions.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
