      Pros

      Solid financial footing at this Fortune 100 firm. Many employees persevere and succeed despite leadership decisions to prevent happiness, but this is due to individual will, not corporate culture.

      Cons

      The worst insurance I've ever seen. Sky high deductible; employees would be better off with COBRA. Just shockingly poor. Fixing this would go a long way in reversing morale.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
