Cons

Strong process inconsistently applied Poor communication between upper mgmt to middle mgmt to line mgmt Many high achievers and talented professionals are laid off to restructure cost Performance reviews are fairly useless Decreasing pay and decreasing benefits Job and project integration/progress looks much better on paper than in real implementation Unnecessary stress at work across multiple departments due to avoidable process churn, carelessness, and inadequate resources

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
