      Work life balance Flexibility Good people ERGs + DEI work Benefits Leaderships commitment to listening to their employees needs

      Cons

      Internal mobility is preached, but it's not easy to move to different functions unless you go through a development program. Promotions are given to those that deserve it, but if you want to move around the organization with only experience in one business unit/function, you need to spend a lot of time networking and developing to get there.

      Pros

      They still care about DEI.

      Cons

      Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
