Pros
Company is great with edicuational growth and promothing developement for future goals. Offiers great incetentives in contining education and overall benfits package is pretty good.
Cons
Not paid for performance. Performance is very high however pay is on the side of mid performance. Does not promote top performers promotes people based on who they like not who does the job well. Also big on hiring no experience college level young people. This is great for getting someone a start however they need to expand to experience level people who can bring good ideas and hit the ground running.
