      Pros

      In this downward economy its a job with no shortage of work. The claims sure don't stop coming in.

      Cons

      Management hasn't properly forecasted staffing levels for handling heavy volume months, some adjusters get less claims for no apparent reason, and higher up's don't seem to care about the busy times of year.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
