      Pros

      Company is experienced at merging new workers into an expanding company. Vacation policy is very liberal. Managers are very busy so they do not micro-manage their staff.

      Cons

      Cutting staff to maintain profitability can mean less skilled people are in important positions. Pay range seems to be below average. Reputation of replacing higher paid workers with cheaper alternatives.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
