      New CEO decided to revoke everyone’s remote work if you’re 50 miles from an office. This is after receiving input of how well remote work has been going the last four years and increased productivity. No consideration from management on how this forced RTO will ultimately hurt productivity and probably the bottom line.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
