Decent salary and benefits, nice co-workers.

Leadership has taken draconian measures to demand all employees within 50 miles of some hubs despite strong employee backlash and teams all around the country who will still not see their teammates. Even applies for those who were hired for 100% remote roles, like myself. They have gone against ALL their values that they push on employees. The rollout and response from leadership has been utterly pitiful and I'm ashamed to say I work for such "leaders." Considering looking elsewhere.
