      Relaxed attmosphere, management was not over powering you had a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Very old school, slow to accept technology, disjointed management and in consistent procedures. salary is low compared to competition.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
