Cons
The company is prioritizing profits over satisfaction. Every meeting is basically about how much money we are saving and how we can spend less. The CEO changed how bonuses are determined. Now you basically have to be a world class performer to get anything. There are so many customer complaints about how premiums are through the roof, some customers are seeing between 30%-50% increase in their policy premiums, that's CRAZY. It's hard to move within departments, if you are in claims you are basically stuck there. They claim to be DEI, but I find that treatment towards the colored folks are not the best, supervisor in salvage (AC) managed to get rid of 3 top performing black females in less than a year. Don't think about filing a compliant with HR, they are very biased and nothing gets resolved.
