      Pros

      Internet is not restricted. The company has a policy to fire underpreforming reps every six months, so you don't have to work with slackers.

      Cons

      Bad management team. Lies about company growth and promotion oppuritunities. Unclear company objectives like "this state is a top 5 growth state for the company" But, the state is in the bottem ten preforming states. When a company is hiring sales people in every location they have it's probalbe not a good place to work.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
