Extremely frustrating job - CCR Liberty Mutual Insurance Employee Review

- Absolutely zero consistency with processes and procedures - Management has their favorites and its obvious - Management preaches an open door policy but its not really true - Subpar systems to complete tasks - Minimal management support - I've actually heard a manager tell an employee that they can't help them because they have to leave the office at a certain time to go relax at home with their family - ZERO communication between team managers or upper management and team members
