-Poor management
-Under pays employees working at the MHS level
-ignores patients diagnosis and often puts MHS staff in harms way.
-Not enough room to do your work.
-no ventilation on the units.
-unsanitary conditions
-Management isn't truthful about job description and their is no contract given to you. I assume they did this so they don't have to be liable if you get hurt.
-No career advancement for those with a bachelors degree in counseling. You can start obtaining hours for QMHP with a bachelors degree, but Liberty Point doesn't offer hours for that.
(These are the main cons, but I promise you there is much more.)
