GREAT culture - Manager Liberty Restoration Employee Review

Great place to work and great people.

None as of now, I don't see that changing.

manager was cool. you can basically do whatever you want as long as youre getting your work done

steep roofs. they lied to me about covering fuel expenses and then tried to act like i was making it up. they also did the same to one of my canvassers. they didnt pay me on time and had three weeks to order me a computer and shirts and set up my direct deposit, which they did not do. another guy there said he hadnt been paid in a month. the manager tried to justify this by saying he didnt get paid for the first 6 weeks of working there. The benefits are crap. the office isnt set up yet. the whole thing feels like a scam. the main guy who gave me a crash coarse training basically told me without telling me to do some crooked stuff and damage a roof so i can get insurance to cover it. honestly i probably would have stayed if theyd pay me on time. but if theyre willing to lie about those other things and not pay me on time then how much commission are they going to screw me out of?
