Pay is low across the board - education benefits go to waste if you can't use them Very political environment - good luck getting a promotion unless you know someone Nearly every department has been overhauled multiple times over the last two years. Many deans and heads of departments have mysteriously been put on leaves of absence or have resigned without comment. There are rumors that the men responsible for the upset have recently been sacked, but all of it is mysterious. There is no transparency here, and no guarantee that your job will stay the same even in the same 6 month period. Hope you like adapting!
