Pros
I am a work study student with flexible hours, but I have heard horror stories about how full-time employees are treated like dirt. For the most part, my management has been a good experience, but they seem to be getting more demanding lately, possibly because of pressure above them.
Cons
My job is minimum wage, but most work study jobs are. I know people who have had to leave their full time jobs at Liberty because of false allegations and trumped up charges against them. Full time employees are expected to work 60 hour work weeks without compensation in time or money. Liberty has some of the worst possible people in their management who treat their employees like dirt on their shoe, lie about them, and manipulate them to do their bidding. To be a 'Christian university', they are one of the most anti-family and anti-worker organizations I have ever experienced. If I ever get a better offer of remote work like I have now with them, I would take it, but I would never in my wildest dreams ever think about working full time for LU.
