Pros

Christian environment which is still being upheld by existing employees, but not so much by higher leadership. Benefits are fairly good, and excellent for the area.

Cons

Starting with management, it is clear that the university is not prioritizing its Christian heritage anymore. Even for anyone interested who is not Christian, this place of business is quite poor. The morale and future outlook of this university is poor, as it continues to not achieve enrollment goals but also push harder and harder each day for employees to get more done with less resources, time, and training. If you are considering this place for its Christian purpose, as stated in the pros, there is still a great deal of Christian environment as a result of the employees who work here. But as time passes by this environment, and purpose, are becoming less and less.

Pros

The most supportive management group I have ever been a part of. The people who work there are amazing. You are encouraged to support your customers with prayer. Time off is incredible from the start. A lot of control where time is concerned

Cons

Liberty University does not allow overtime.
