Pros
Many of the faculty and staff are great to work with. They and many of the students are what trully make Liberty what they are. These are the individuals that are true to the supposed mission of Liberty. Decent health coverage and free schooling, which is one of the few things that make it worth while to work there. However, this really doesn't cost Liberty much to provide.
Cons
Low pay. Over worked and over tasked. A lot of politics from the top down; controlled by fear. It's a ministry for the faculty/staff as they serve the students, other faculty/staff, etc., but the same does not apply in regards to how the faculty/staff are paid and taken care of
