Largest library in the world with staff dedicated to carrying out its incredible mission Excellent pay and benefits, depending on your GS level, with opportunities for flex schedules and teleworking, depending on your duties and assignment area

Cons

Some staff should have retired years ago but won't leave because their jobs are their lives Some of the newer hires in senior positions lack the experience, professionalism and passion for the institution needed to step into leadership roles and fill knowledge gaps when retirements do occur
