Interview - Supervisory Paralegal Library of Congress Employee Review

I interviewed and thought that at a senior level they’d ask questions that dealt more with organizational behavior, metrics, and supervision. The interview was strange in that it seemed like they asked compounded questions that weren’t relevant to a supervisory position. I’ve done plenty of interviews for hiring personnel and it just seemed that they possibly had someone else in mind but had to interview me since I was highly qualified.
