      The whole company is terrible always employees falt management has no clue on how to run or do anything right and won't listen to their employees. Equiptment is in terrible shape and they don't care.

      Everything from the guys u work with to equipment to office personnel is by from the best company I have ever worked for the owners will go above and out of there way to help any way they can

      Pros

      Pay is competitive and raises are yearly. You also get to work in the field with the owners of the company which builds strong relationships between employer and employee.

      Cons

      Labor intensive and there can be long hours.
