      The working environment is fast paced, requiring lots of energy and stamina ! This work place is not for those who are used to taking it easy or not ready to arrive early and stay late .

      Cons

      Thinking outside the box is discouraged, so no room for creative risk taking here . Be prepared to conform to one method of doing things

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
