It's hard work especially in the mornings and you will be put under a lot of pressure
For some this might be a positive but in my situation it was not- you work a lot more hours than your contract is for

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
