Pros

-Larger hourly rate compared to the competition -Will always pay on time and will not skip a single minute worked. -Good career opportunities internally.

Cons

-Everything is done on a timer. If you finish a literal minute early or late you get into trouble. Even if someone else is at fault for that. For example a customer fell down and needed help or damaged product. -Will peer pressure you to do overtime. If you refuse, they will not force you but they will start treating you like second rate employee -You will get called during your day offs, almost weekly, to be asked to do overtime.

Pros

The is quite a bit of upward momentum. The house are decent. If you work in HQ or Warehouse analytics, you get work from home days.

Cons

The direction the global IT team is moving is devastating. They have gutted all of the most valuable analytics tools. I cant say for sure if it will improve.
