      Higher rate of pay for the area, commiserate work environment

      Cons

      Leans heavily on a "generalist" training for employees, the corporate solution to work life balance is to not schedule you for enough hours, when the company decides they are abandoning the site they wait til the last month they need to.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
