      Since joining Lidl my experience has been amazing. From telephone interview right through to contract signing everything went smoothly and everyone was extremely helpful. The whole team has been very supportive on my journey so far. Great benefits/salary in comparison to competitors.

      Career progression in region in minimal.

      Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
