The church leadership believes in each person and puts a lot of resources in developing each person to expand their leadership capacity. We are constantly looking for ways to improve so that we can accomplish the mission (to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ) more effectively and efficiently.

Life.Church is a place you bring your best every day. Because of our passion for the mission and for people, we cannot remain the same day to day. We have to develop and grow every day. This is not a place to be stagnant or complacent.
