Pros
I've really enjoyed working at Lifechurch.tv because it has a great culture that promotes development, growth, leadership and self-awareness. I learned so much about myself since I started working here and my personal development has been huge. The organization says it encourages work-life balance and I find that to be true with my boss and team. The people are great, I've made many new friends and I feel like people truly care about me and my well-being. I have a great sense of purpose and fulfillment working at LifeChurch.tv, it's amazing being apart of such a innovative and life-changing organization. Benefits are great. Time off policy is good. Compensation is good. The organization is pretty flat and allows for a lot of opportunities if you take advantage of them. I've been able get regular mentorship with a variety of team-members. Probably the best part of all is being able to use my business talents and skills to further the mission and help lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. I want to be a world-changer and LifeChurch.tv is a place where I can do that.
Cons
Some of the challenges of working at LifeChurch.tv are the fast pace, high expectations, high feedback and work load. If you don't communicate with your boss and team then I think you could easily be overwhelmed with the amount of possible work and then burn out eventually. If you can't perform at a high level consistently, handle tough feedback, work well with others, work at a fast pace and continue to develop and evolve then you will probably get left behind or forced out. From my perspective most of the people that have left or been asked to leave while I've been here were not able to keep up with the organization or they had issues with the organization and/or other people and were unable to adapt and evolve.
