Pros
-Benefits and pay were OK. -Most of my coworkers were/are great people, some of which i will most likely keep in touch with for many years.
Cons
There are numerous issues with the way this company treats its employees. Although I could write a book on this topic, I will keep it to the top few issues i believe are the most prevalent. First of all, you have to ask to go to the restroom. Second, every thing you do is watched every minute you are at work. You are recorded and micromanaged all day, every day. Third, if you are not able to adapt and figure out their always changing QA requirements, you will be fired. It doesn't matter if you have worked at LEF for 20 years. Fourth, there is a massive amount of hypocrisy with management and supervisors. Supervisors and the managers are on their phones constantly and have no problem telling you what areas you are lacking in while they laugh and "hang out". Lastly, and probably the worst part of this job is you are forced to speak with chronic callers that call every day, some of which are abusive or have mental disorders.
