Pros
Compensation was good but is changing; health insurance benefits are good for employee only and rise to alarming rates for family members; schedules are flexible; overtime is available.
Cons
Revolving door training classes result in new fodder replacing experienced employees at lower pay rates; treatment of medically-knowledgeable professionals as low-level call center employees; frequent firings based on outright lies of what was said on calls (which are all listened to), but without allowing employee to hear the tape; heirarchy plays to nepotism - not only in hiring unskilled relatives of owner as "highly educated health advisors" but in kiss-butt office politics; phone representatives are encouraged to have no personality, toeing company line which is vanilla banality; promotion of sheep with no management skills.
