Pros
Most of my fellow employees (doctors, employees, customer service) are really nice people. It's a shame many good health advisors and doctors in the past have left. Benefits are okay.
Cons
Horrible call center environment to work in. Unnecessary new and tighter regulations are completely choking employees. The training is way too outdated and out of touch with reality on how to actually improve the way we handle calls on a day-to-day basis. Company cares more about their customers than their employees, even if an employee bends over backwards to help them. We are forced to deal with callers who call multiple times in a day (regarding the same question/issue) and those who are abusive. Supervisors and the quality dept are very inconsistent with their scoring- one time you handle a call, you may get a 60%. Another time you may handle a similar call and gave similar information, you get a 95%. It is very rare to move up and advance in this company. Extremely disappointed how top-notch, very knowledgeable health professionals are treated at this company. Even janitors and blue collared workers are treated with more respect and dignity.....
