Pros

Coworkers are the highlight of the job.

Cons

This is by far the WORST and MOST STRESSFUL job I have ever had! The customers can be mean and verbally abusive. I have seen many people cry due to how mean the customers are. Management will take the customer's side over yours because the customers are #1. On top of that QA is very strict. You get deducted for things you don't know. QA makes a difference in raises and bonuses. QA adds a layer of stress and employees often complain about how bad QA is. You are constantly on the phone, the call volume is back to back. You have a team that contacts you if you don't take the next call quick enough. They give you very little break time. Going to the bathroom is part of your break time. They will call you in for overtime constantly, and if you don't go in, it can actually counts against you on evaluations. There is mandatory overtime, they will give you less than 24 hours notice for mandatory meetings. They make everything sound like it's so AMAZING when they hire you, but after training you'll want to quit. BEWARE! It's not worth the stress for the pay. Mental health is way more important.

Pros

Life Extension is a very supportive company that genuinely cares about employee growth and development. The team culture is positive, and coworkers are knowledgeable and helpful. Management encourages learning, and there are clear opportunities to grow within the company. Incentives and benefits are great, and the work feels meaningful because you’re helping people every day. Once you get the hang of the role, the job is very manageable and not overly stressful.

Cons

The learning curve can feel steep at first due to the amount of information, but training and team support help a lot over time.

Pros

There are various resources to support you at a given time. Supervisors are wonderful and kind in my location. The ability to pass angry customers onto supervisors instead of making us deal with the worst of the worst is nice.

Cons

Low pay and calls are back-to-back for the entire shift. Always excited for any opportunity to be off the phones for even a breather.
