      Pros

      Great hours, PTO (vacation/sick time), quarterly bonuses, 401k match, company uniforms and respectful/kind management. My boss is awesome. She doesn’t micromanage but she always stays up to date on what’s happening at my store.

      Cons

      The benefits are good, I just wish they could be more affordable.
