Very favorable work schedule 9:30 to 6:00. Great PTO and paid holidays. Training is fairly good.
Cons
HO squeezing the dollars too tight. Raising rents too often unhappy customers. Neglecting property repairs and maintenance. Employee wages on the low end of the market. Minimal annual pay increases.
