Pros
Low stress job - no one looking over your shoulder on a day to day basis - you learn how to run a business because your responsible for the budget - it teaches you property management
Cons
Pay is not great but it’s a trade off for what you learn ( property management ) Security can be an issue anyone with a few dollars and an Id can rent a unit - sometimes the customers can be shady characters
