      It’s a sales job, success isn’t about being the best trainer, it’s being the best trainer that can sell Corporate makes you do things for free and there is a big disconnect from corporate in Minnesota and jersey club

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
