      Great benefits getting a free gym membership and only paying shop charge for services whend you work at the spa

      Cons

      Management has a high turnover rate. No organization. No support. Only care about the numbers not about their employees

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
