      Pros

      free membership flexible Good for college students

      Cons

      Supervisors pick favorites, people no show and they don't do anything, They lied about the every 3 month raise. 10.50 for regular, 13 to open or close, ask for more You don't get breaks even in the summer they complain that we wanted breaks They focus on little issues instead of the bigger issues

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
