Pros

The free membership is great. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else that makes this company so great.

Cons

The pay is overall low. Bonuses are near impossible to achieve. Working there is a balance of maintaining a champagne look on a beer budget! The whole business structure is built off a "selling" a Healthy Way of Life at a huge price to customers. The dynamic is like working at used car dealership-pushy sales and tell people what they want to hear.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
