      The technicians were amazing, nice, family like but also did amazing work Discount + Free gym membership Worked well around my school schedule My manager was super nice and supportive

      Cons

      Pay isn't too great with little to none raises, and no tips Most major holidays we are open ( except Christmas and New years)

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
