Pros

Awesome atmosphere with health minded individuals, free membership to the best health club! Big beautiful buildings with the latest exercise equipment.

Cons

High turnover, 50+ hours per week, lots of evenings and weekends, frequent comp plan changes, hard to trust what's going on up top.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
