Pros

Easy to transfer to different departments and learn more. Managers and DH's aka Department Heads get paid decently. They are currently raises those salaries and you get bonuses for bring in more revenue If you follow SOP and give ideas that are perfectly in-line with LTF then you will do great.

Cons

If you request to take PTO you only get 7 days and there are no sick days or holidays off because they are open 24/7 year round. Management and new DHs are usually hired to make revenue. They are mainly set to get as much money to the company as opposed to giving that extra pay to the employee which are the ones that are doing the real work. Keep track of your hours and pay because some DHs will change your pay rate or say that you were just cleaning so you will get a lower rate that your base pay. If you don't hit your revenue goals you are guaranteed to be demoted or terminated even if everything else is perfect and set in place. Training is terrible when you become a DH. Make sure you have experience before hand or you can pick up things and adapt very quickly to follow SOP and get revenue. When you ask for help or give ideas they will usually turn them down and then you will get in trouble for not fixing the problem. Lastly, there is a ton of turnover and employees are always looking for a new job. LTF is like a mezzanine before they find their dream job or anything better, which is everything.
