Pros
Amazing co-workers, awesome/sweetest members, great benefits such as a gym membership, you constantly have things to do to suffice the members.
Cons
Pay: You would think at such a fancy club with high paying members, the employees would receive at least a flat out starting pay of $12-13/hr. Managers: Some of the managers believe they own the whole entire club and that they are entitled to sit in their office and basically do nothing but tell people what to do.
