Demoralizing place to work at - Swim Coach Life Time Employee Review

No matter how hard you work or even if the customers, kids, parents love you and you've met all your goals, If you are not in management circle of friends, your work life span at LT is very short. If management doesn't like you, or needs to downsize or you are up for a raise, they will find any stupid little thing to let you go! Not to mention their work load and standards are exceedingly high for such small pay. Management is the bottleneck here in general. Sadly, this place is going to spiral down if LT executives don't train their managers better and nourish a better working culture.
