      Pros

      Excellent, state of the art facilities. If you enjoy a fitness position that is 100% sales and numbers driven, this is for you.

      Cons

      There is a reason they have 5-star "mini-cities" popping up around the country. They pay the trainers very little to make the company a ton of money. You will get a low base pay and receive none of your sales commissions until they exceed your base pay for at least a few months running. You will hustle hard for new business and not reap the rewards for months. You will be required to "prowl" the floor looking for new business.

      Make my own schedule, free membership, discounts on products and services, very good health insurance and low cost

      Commission, non members can get services but it is not advertised

      Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
