The company is well known around the country.

The interview is very misleading and does not explain what your actual duties will be. They neglect to tell you about the thousands of towels you’ll have to wash and fold. Or the disgusting arrogant members that leave fecal matter or used female sanitary items anywhere they choose. There is never enough staff to operate correctly because people always quit or don’t show up. As an asst manager I was left to cover a 2-3 person load on many occasions. The facility is clean looking but very nasty if you know where to look. Lack of staff leaves routine items untouched for months. No diversity as far as minority women in top positions. They sell you a big dream and false hopes in orientation. Everything negative I read before I started was 100% true and I still gave it a shot hoping for the best. Management blames audit scores on staff because it affects their bonus. As a whole the company is poorly managed. Many people get promotions because they are building too many clubs too fast. Major disappointment. Pay makes you feel like a slave. The company is so cheap. Denied overtime to keep the budget balanced for higher ranked Managers to get their bonus.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
