Pros

Benefits are average. Management leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons

Job tasks listed for engineer not correct. There are many more. Profits are alway put as top priority. Equipment and facilities are second. Regardless of regular maintenance major repairs are held off until equipment is almost beyond repair. Exercise equipment is also part of the job. Poor training for what has become very high tech equipment is nonexistent. Support from corporate for repairs is almost nonexistent as well. Having supervisors tell you that you need to punch out 10 minutes earlier because your over your 40 hours by 10 minutes is an example of profits come first.

Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
