Pros

The company is nothing but sales sales sales. Before hiring you they make you take a crappy certification exam where they quiz you on sleazy sales tactics and nothing else. The facility is state of the art I will say.

Cons

Management will not lift a finger to help you get clients and you are forced to be there 40 hours a week walking the floor, interrupting people in the middle of their work outs all while being pressured to meet a ridiculous sales quota, 4000 the first month! Stay far away.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
