Pros
A lot of the people I worked alongside and met along the way (mostly the members!) are great people! Free gym membership is a perk but the work life balance is mostly just work, so didn't have much time to use it.
Cons
It was difficult to get time off. The PTO policy is crap, even though they did just add sick time. When I did get PTO I often got calls/texts and was expected to respond to emails, even when out of the country. Work life balance doesn't exist.... Managers often work 6-7 days a week and well over 50-60 hours a week. Since Life Time is open on holidays, managers often work most (if not all) holidays. High expectations, and even when they are met the bar only gets raised higher. This is not to say I shy away from hard work and meeting budgets - I excelled at it. However I rarely was recognized when I was successful, which after years and years got draining. Promotions are rarely based on merit, rather on who has sucked up to the right people.
